Located at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes, Norman's offers picturesque views of the Greg Norman golf course, as well as the on-property lake. Norman's showcases the menu of legendary chef, Norman Van Aken. Chef Norman is known internationally as “the founding father of New World Cuisine.” His cuisine is a celebration of Latin, Caribbean, Asian, African and American flavors. Chef Norman is the only Floridian to be inducted into the prestigious James Beard list of “Who’s Who”.
Guests arrive to passed hors d'oeuvres and premium open bar selections. Roughly 30 minutes into the event, Norman's creative dinner stations will open. As guests enjoy the cuisine and mingle, they are invited to visit Norman's "Make-your-own Mojito" station for a custom cocktail. Dessert will be served from the Chef-attended Havana Banana station. Guests will depart with a signed copy of Norman's Cookbook so they can recreate the delicious dishes at home.
