General Terms & Conditions
All products sold on this site are under the norms and rules of each supplier company such as airlines, hotels, parks, attractions, and transport. By purchasing the products you accept the rules and regulations of each item. There is no refund or cancellation accepted by Progress Tours under any circumstances under any customer purchase at the expense of the pandemic COVID19. All customers when purchasing our product are since then accepting to comply with and act in accordance with the norms and rules in force in each destination and all products included in it. The guidelines are updated every 15 days on the corresponding websites of the destinations available here and products sold. Our company is not responsible for updating, sending, or informing about any change in the purchased product, but the customer to seek information and updates about any product purchased from us.

In the unlikely event we end up in a legal dispute, it will take place in Miami courts, applying Florida law.
You agree that the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Agreement and/or the Services. We both agree that all of these claims can only be litigated in the federal or state courts of Miami Dade County, Florida, USA, and we each agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If we don't act to enforce a breach of this Agreement, that does not mean that Progress Tours has waived its right to enforce this Agreement. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement (or your membership or use of Services) to anyone without our consent. However, you agree that Progress Tours may assign this Agreement to its affiliates or a party that buys it without your consent. There are no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement.
We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement and will provide you notice if we do and we agree that changes cannot be retroactive. If you don't agree with these changes, you must stop using the Services.
You agree that the only way to provide us legal notice is at the addresses provided in Section 10.
Welcome, and thanks for using Progress Tours, When you use our products and services, you're agreeing to our terms, so please take a few minutes to read over the User Agreement below.
Note: You are entering into a legally binding agreement.
Progress Tours reserves the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will take effect once they have published in Progress Tours the site.
NAMES OF PERSON TRAVELLING
It is important that the person who made the booking must enter the correct names of all persons traveling. If TBA or another abbreviation has been entered as the guest's name, the hotel may reject the booking. The names of all persons traveling must be entered and the first name should be followed by the family name. The name can't be changed after your first booking.
It is the responsibility of all Progress Tours Members to ensure that they have entered a correct e.mail address. If our e.mail has been sent to your Junk or Bulk mail folder, you can prevent this from happening again by opening our email and clicking the "not spam" or "this is not spam 'button.
It is the responsibility of Progress Tours Members to make the booking to ensure that the room type booked will be suitable for a traveling party. If more people turn up at the hotel that the room can accommodate then the hotel is within their rights not to accept the booking and in this case, will be no reimbursement.
While Progress Tours to ensure that their clients requested a room and smoking preference is available, Progress Tours e can not guarantee the actual bedding. These requests are sent to the hotel and are subject to availability.
Progress Tours try to ensure that the hotel provides the type (s) room booked, however, there may be occasions when instead of a room with a single double bed can be allocated or a double room -bedded instead of single. Please be aware that the majority of European hotels provide two single beds pushed together to form a double bed. While all room type preferences are forwarded to, Room assignment is made by the hotel and subject to availability at check-in.

HOTEL CATEGORIES / local classification and * Rankings
Star Ratings aims to give an overview of hotel quality and approximate level of facilities, services, and amenities available. However, this classification system varies from country to country. For example, a 5* Bangkok not be the same as a 5* London hotel. Progress Tours are not responsible for the categories of hotels and * ratings as these have been provided to us and accepted in good faith.
Payment and Fees
Exchange rates generally change daily depending on market fluctuations. Progress Tours We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the site in accordance with market fluctuations.
Any changes relating to fluctuations in the exchange rate will not affect the rates of a reservation already confirmed. Similarly, once the booking has been booked and confirmed at the rates you have accepted, there is no refund for any difference in rates due to currency fluctuations.
All rates are valid only for the leisure market. Progress Tours not responsible for any booking if it becomes known that a client is not traveling to a laser. Hotéis purposes may refuse to honor our rack rate contract rate and costs for customers directly.
Prices include applicable hotel rates. Taxes Tourist/local/city that often includes the use of local services may not be included. If a municipal tax must be paid at the hotel, this information can be shown on observations and on the voucher.
INFORMATION FOR BANK DEPOSITS

The company name will appear as Progress Tours on your credit card statement of the credit card used to make the reservation. If a Progress Tours Members has used their client's credit card to make a hotel reservation, then it is the responsibility of the Progress Tours member to inform his client of this important information in order to avoid misunderstandings.
progresstours.com We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or displayed and/or omissions. This includes errors and/or omissions that were introduced by a hotelier or local agent. In the event of a price error and/or omission, we will offer you the option of keeping the reservation with the correct rates, canceling the booking, or subject to availability we will offer you a suitable alternate hotel.
Rates of a Local Market
Not all hotel rates are displayed in Progress Tours the site is applicable to the local market. In addition, certain other markets may be affected and in such cases, the hotel is within their rights to change rates without notice.
You agree that passenger nationality declaration is mandatory when booking. This information must be in accordance with the passenger passport. False declaration of passenger nationality may cause consequences for which can not be held responsible. If you do not change Client Nationality, Agency Nationality will be taken as the nationality of the passenger by default. In this case, the financial loss is due to a false nationality declaration, will be covered by the agency to its customers or to us in full.
RESORT AND FEES
Most credit card providers charge some sort of international transaction fee. This can be as much as 3% although Progress Tours not only does not impose its own fee, it also eats the 1% fee that Visa or MasterCard impose. This fee is passed on by certain credit card providers because the charge for your booking has been processed outside the country you reside in. Note that the charge has not been passed by Progress Tours cannot be held responsible for any international transaction costs passed on by his or her client's issuer credit card.
Some hotels, particularly in the USA do charge a resort fee which must be paid directly to the hotel. This is typical $10 to $20 per room per night. progresstours.com is not responsible for resort fee charges and have no control over their implementation.
CHARGE Made by The Hotel
Progress Tours has no control over any extra charges that a hotel may decide to their implementation for the fourth incident of guests, such as air conditioning, safe, minibar, remote TV rental, etc. Any such charges must be paid directly to the hotel and Progress Tours cannot be held responsible for any damage passed on by the hotel.
Similarly, Progress Tours have no control over any fees that a hotel can go through a luggage room, sauna, spa and swimming pool use, parking fees, etc.
During the festive season, essentially Christmas and New Year, there are hotels that impose a compulsory gala, and guests must pay any supplement for the gala dinner. Our company is not always informed about Gala dinner supplements and Progress Tours cannot be held responsible for any gala supplements passed on by the hotel.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT
We prefer that all cancellations and changes are made by the Progress Tours by email and according to each product time rules. Alternatively, you can contact the Reserve Team Progress Tours by phone or email before the cancellation deadline for that specific booking/hotel, Charter, Concierge Services, and others. We do not accept cancellations after the deadline. The Client will be charged at a full price about the service that chooses. The time of your shopping will be at your invoiced.
Progress Tours shall not be liable nor responsible for any changes and cancellations made directly to the hotel.
It is important to note that only one change per booking will be accepted. If you need further changes, please cancel and rebook with new details.
During periods of special events, certain dates, and early bird type bookings, the hotel may pass on a different cancellation policy which you will be informed once Progress Tours are notified.
Any booking that offers free nights or early booking savings is subject to certain restrictions which we will inform you as soon Progress Tours. No name changes and no extension or reduction nights. If you have booked a stay that includes one night free and your client decides to cancel- The free night will not be refunded as this is free.
Please note that nightly rates might increase after a change confirmed even if you decrease the number of nights. This may be due to changes in exchange rates or currency deals in the original booking date.
To protect your account Progress Tours - When the reservation was made by a third party progresstours.com reserves the right to require the holder of the credit card proof of identification as well as a signed authorization form.
This security measure does cause any inconvenience but merely to protect the credit card against any misuse of the credit card.
ITS CUSTOMERS CHANGE
If the original hotel booked is closed, overbooked, or has maintenance problems and/or can not provide the room (s) reserved. You accept that the hotelier or supplier is responsible for finding an alternative accommodation of a similar standard. Progress Tours will contact you by email.
The reservation is considered a group booking when there will be 10 or more pax traveling. Progress Tours reserve the right to cancel any reservation FIT done for a group or if we consider that they have been made in order to maintain space for future sale. Please submit your group request using the page progresstours.com/contact.
ON Required Reserves
In the case of The Hotels with the button "Request" and reserves with On Request Processing status means that the hotel has no assignment available, however, Progress Tours will contact the hotel to request extra space. Please be informed that on rare occasions, the availability at the hotel can change until the time of your reservation and the final status may ultimately On Request Processing. In such cases, please do not try to book the same hotel again. You will be informed within 48 hours if your reservation is confirmed or rejected.
If the hotel would be confirmed in a different way, you are warned. Please keep in mind that the confirmation cannot be guaranteed and hotels have the right to reject. If your request for accommodation is urgent, it is suggested that you select a hotel with instant confirmation. Depending on when a new survey is conducted in the Progress Tours system, you can see the same hotel that appears again. This is because space may have become available, although at different rates from when the initial request was made.
INFORMATION AND FACILITIES
Hotel information: While progresstours.com strives to present hotel information as accurately as possible, we are not responsible for the accuracy of this information or for any facilities that may or may not be available at the hotel during the stay of his client or not suited to your individual tastes and customer preferences.
Redecoration/renovations and maintenance are necessary to maintain the hotel and can occur without warning, however, the hotelier will endeavor to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected at a hotel and these are beyond our control progresstours.com cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond the hotelier's control nor for accidents or loss in a hotel caused by management or staff of the hotel.
We have no control over any extra charges that a hotel may decide to implement for the fourth incident of guests, such as air conditioning, safe, minibar, remote TV rental, etc ... Any such charges must be paid directly to the hotel and Progress Tours. with it can not be held responsible for any damage passed on by the hotel.
Hotel and guest room photographs are provided to give an overview of the hotel. Room Photos can be in a different category you book and not identical to the room your client (s) are allocated at the hotel.
Hotels in the progresstours.com site require one of the guests to be at least 18 years old. In some states of America, there are higher age limits. If you have booked a hotel in the United States and the travelers are under 25 years of age, please contact the hotel directly for clarification.
Maps are provided solely for informational purposes. Progress Tours information as accurately as possible, we do not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of this information or for any errors and/or omissions. We suggest that you contact the hotel directly for information and instructions most current and complete location.
Any complaint that can not be resolved at the hotel must be notified to us by logging into your Progress Tours system and select the message category 'Complaint'. All claims must be notified to us within 20 days of the departure date, or we can be in contact firstname.lastname@example.org
A copy of the complaint must be also be presented and signed by the hotel manager. Claims for hotel services will be sent by Progress Tours the relevant part.
Reaction times vary from 5-20 working days, depending on the nature of the query in question.
- Progress Tours is not obliged to request all hotel visa documentation for bookings that have not been paid in full.
- Progress Tours will request these visa documents from the hotel to its acceptance of a $10 load in case you cancel the reservation.
- Progress Tours will do their best to accommodate your request, but it is not guaranteed that we will respond to your visa application document.
- Progress Tours has no control over any charges that a hotel may implement for visa support documents.
- If a hotel implements charges for visa support documents, Progress Tours expects the agency will make the payment directly to the hotel.
PROMOTIONS AND PROMOTIONAL PRICES
Promotions are only offered in good faith. Some promotions are more popular than others, in which case the existing rooms will be sold out very fast. Progress Tours reserves the right to modify or change any promotion or offer at any time without notice. Please make a search for the dates requested for the most current rates.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Telephone calls to Progress Tours can be recorded so that we can monitor and improve our services.

Progress Tours shall not be liable for any failure in service related to uncontrollable circumstances such as flood, earthquake, riot, terrorist acts, acts of governments or authority change in a country, adverse weather conditions, etc.
Climate differences and energy saving rules of different countries can affect the heating systems in the hotel, which is located in the area and/or the country in particular. For example, in Italy, the heating system can only be used between November 15 and 15 March due to government regulations. The opening and closing dates of the pools can also be affected by climate and weather. Progress Tours is not responsible for the practices of hotels in relation to these issues.
1. Transfers can be booked separately.
2. Transfers can be booked as an addition to hotel reservations.
3.No changes of any kind (date changes, name changes, change of flight number, type of vehicle change) are accepted. Transfers are not changeable. We have a specific time to wait for the passengers according to each one.
4. It is mandatory to enter details of valid and accurate flight when booking since you can not change.
5. Progress Tours does not assume any responsibility for omissions and errors that may result in a service interruption.
IMPORTANT - When the Progress Tours member has completed the booking online, they should check and make sure all the details about the pre-paid voucher accommodation (such as hotel address, hotel info, city, and country) details are correct.
Using the progresstours.com site is subject to your acceptance of our terms and conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using the site.

Our User Agreement has been updated;
Our mission is to connect the world's professionals to allow them to be more productive and successful. Our services are designed to promote economic opportunity for our members by enabling you and millions of other professionals to meet, exchange ideas, learn, and find opportunities or employees, work, and make decisions in a network of trusted relationships.
When you use our Services, you are entering into a legal agreement and you agree to all of these terms.
You agree that by clicking “Join Now” “Join Progress Tours”, “Sign Up” or similar, registering, accessing, or using our services (including Progress Tours, our related mobile apps, developer platforms, premium services, or any content or information provided as part of these services, collectively, “Services”), you are entering into a legally binding agreement (even if you are using our Services on behalf of a company). If you reside in the United States, your agreement is with Progress Tours and if you reside outside of the United States, your agreement is with Progress Tours (each, “Progress Tours ” or “we”).
2.1. Service Eligibility
Here are some promises you make to us in this Agreement:
You're eligible to enter into this Agreement and you are at least our “Minimum Age.”
To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you must be the “Minimum Age” (defined below) or older; (2) you will only have one Progress Tours account, which must be in your real name; and (3) you are not already restricted by Progress Tours from using the Services.
“Minimum Age” means (a) 18 years old for the People's Republic of China, (b) 16 years old for the Netherlands, (c) 14 years old for the United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, Australia, and South Korea, and (d) 13 years old for all other countries. However, if the law requires that you must be older in order for Progress Tours to lawfully provide the Services to you (including the collection, storage, and use of your information) then the Minimum Age is such older age. The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 18.
2.2. Your Membership
You'll keep your password a secret.
You will not share an account with anyone else and will follow our rules and the law.
As between you and others, your account belongs to you. You agree to (1) try to choose a strong and secure password; (2) keep your password secure and confidential; (3) not transfer any part of your account (e.g., connections, groups) and (4) follow the law and the Dos and Don'ts below. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.
Note that for Premium Services purchased by another party for you to use (e.g. Recruiter seat bought by your employer), the party paying for the Premium Service controls such an account (which is different from your personal account) and may terminate your access to it.
You'll honor your payment obligations and you are okay with us storing your payment information. Also, there may be fees and taxes that are added to our prices.
We don't guarantee refunds.
If you purchase any of our paid Services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes. Failure to pay these fees may result in the termination of your subscription. Also:
Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates).
You authorize us to store and continue billing your payment method (e.g. credit card) even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions in your service (e.g. subscriptions) and to facilitate easy payment for new services.
You must pay us for applicable fees and taxes unless you cancel the service, in which case you agree to still pay these fees through the end of the applicable subscription period. Learn how to cancel or change your Premium Services and read about the Progress Tours policy.
Taxes are calculated based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase.
For Progress Tours, you can get a copy of your invoice through your account settings under “Purchase History”. You can request your invoice through Customer Support.
2.4. Notices and Service Messages
You're okay with us using our websites, mobile apps, and email to provide you with important notices. This Agreement applies to mobile applications as well. Also, you agree certain additional information can be shared with us.
If the contact information you provide isn't up to date, you may miss out on these notices.
You agree that we may provide notices to you in the following ways:
(1) a banner notice on the Service;
(2) an email sent to an address you provided;
(3) through other means including mobile number, telephone, or mail. You agree to keep your contact information up to date.
Please review your progresstours.com and Progress Tours settings to control and limit what kind of messages you receive from us.
2.5. Messages and Sharing
When you share information, others can see, copy, and use that information.
Our Services allow messaging and sharing of information in many ways, such as your profile, slide deck, links to news articles, job postings, InMails, and blogs. Information and content that you share or post may be seen by other Members or, if public, by Visitors. Where we have made settings available, we will honor the choices you make about who can see content or information (e.g., sharing to a group instead of your network, changing the default setting for Progress Tours content from public to a more restricted view, limiting your profile visibility, or not letting people know when you change your profile, make recommendations or follow companies). Note that other activities, such as applying for a job or sending an InMail, are by default private, only visible to the addressee(s).
We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it in our sole discretion, with or without notice.
3. Rights and Limits
3.1. Your License to Progress Tours.
You own all of the content, feedback, and personal information you provide to us, but you also grant us a non-exclusive license to it.
We'll honor the choices you make about who gets to see your information and content.
You promise to only provide information and content that you have the right to share, and that your Progress Tours profile will be truthful.
As between you and Progress Tours, you own the content and information that you submit or post to the Services and you are only granting Progress Tours the following non-exclusive license: A worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process, information and content that you provide through our Services, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others. These rights are limited in the following ways:
You can end this license for specific content by deleting such content from the Services, or generally by closing your account, except (a) to the extent you shared it with others as part of the Service and they copied or stored it and (b) for the reasonable time it takes to remove from backup and other systems.
We will get your consent if we want to give others the right to publish your posts beyond the Service. However, other Members and/or Visitors may access and share your content and information, consistent with your settings and degree of connection with them.
While we may edit and make formatting changes to your content (such as translating it, modifying the size, layout, or file type or removing metadata), we will not modify the meaning of your expression.
Because you own your content and information and we only have non-exclusive rights to it, you may choose to make it available to others, including under the terms of a Creative Commons license.
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding our Services to Progress Tours, you agree that Progress Tours can use and share (but does not have to) such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
You agree to only provide content or information if that does not violate the law nor anyone's rights (e.g., without violating any intellectual property rights or breaching a contract). You also agree that your profile information will be truthful. Progress Tours may be required by law to remove certain information or content in certain countries.
3.2. Service Availability
We may change or discontinue any of our Services. We can't promise to store or keep showing any information and content you've posted.
We may change, suspend, or end any Service, or change and modify prices prospectively in our discretion. To the extent allowed under law, these changes may be effective upon notice provided to you.
When you see or use others' content and information posted on our Services, it's at your own risk.
Third parties may offer their own products and services through Progress Tours, and we aren't responsible for those third-party activities.
By using the Services, you may encounter content or information that might be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Progress Tours generally does not review content provided by our Members. You agree that we are not responsible for third parties' (including other Members') content or information or for any damages as a result of your use of or reliance on it.
We have the right to limit how you connect and interact with our Services.
We're providing you with a notice about our intellectual property rights.
Progress Tours reserves the right to limit your use of the Services, including the number of your connections and your ability to contact other Members. Progress Tours reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if Progress Tours believe that you may be in breach of this Agreement or law or are misusing the Services (e.g. violating any Do and Don'ts).
4. Disclaimer and Limit of Liability
4.1. No Warranty
This is our disclaimer of legal liability for the quality, safety, or reliability of our Services.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER LAW, Progress Tours (AND THOSE THAT Progress Tours WORKS WITH TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES) (A) DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS (E.G. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF DATA, AND NONINFRINGEMENT); (B) DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, AND (C) PROVIDE THE SERVICE (INCLUDING CONTENT AND INFORMATION) ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OR ALL OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
We can each end this Agreement anytime we want.
Progress Tours or You may terminate this Agreement at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. The following shall survive termination:
Our rights to use and disclose your feedback;
Members' and/or Visitors' rights to further re-share content and information you shared through the Service to the extent copied or re-shared prior to termination;
Sections 4, 6 and 7 of this Agreement;
Any amounts owed by either party prior to termination remain owed after termination.

6. Progress Tours “DOs” and “DON’Ts.”
6.1. Dos. You agree that you will:
Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements;
Provide accurate information to us and keep it updated;
Use your real name on your profile;
Use the Services in a professional manner.
Use bots or other automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages;
Monitor the Services' availability, performance, or functionality for any competitive purpose;
Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services;
Access the Services except through the interfaces expressly provided by Progress Tours, such as its mobile applications, progresstours.com and;
Override any security feature of the Services;
Interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load on, the Services (e.g., spam, denial of service attack, viruses, gaming algorithms);
7. Complaints Regarding Content
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We require that information posted by Members be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. We provide policy and process for complaints concerning content posted by our Members.
